White Ruffles is a bush type summer squash. The juicy delicious squash fruit starts off a pale green, turns creamy white and becomes a chalky white at maturity and has edges that look like ruffles. The fine grained flesh is thick, tender and green tinged with white.
Pick when about four to five inches in diameter and pick often to encourage more production. Easy to grow and easy to prepare steam, bake or microwave until tender.
